Synopsis: Christmas in the ER tells the story of three families who, after a series of Christmas mishaps, are forced to spend their Christmas Eve in the waiting room of a small-town hospital. Their experiences will force them, and those they encounter, to see Christmas in a whole new light.

Cast Size: Includes 19 characters; there is some possibility of combining roles or having some play multiple roles, but it will work most smoothly with at least 19 performers.
Ages: Appropriate for casts of all ages. Children/teens can play all of the roles or a mixed cast of children, teens and adults can be used.
